HOW TO JOIN US SATURDAY MORNING 9:00 AM

Dear Midwest Moon friends,

We are all very concerned about the spread of COVID-19 in the world and in our communities, and we have been looking deeply at how to keep our community safe while continuing to practice together.

In order to protect the wellbeing, safety, and happiness of everyone who visits our community and act in unison with Eden Seminary, we have decided to pause our Saturday in-person meditation group from now through April 15.

Beginning Saturday March 14, we will offer a virtual sangha by Zoom from 9-10:30AM, which will include shared sitting and walking meditation, a short dharma reading, and dharma sharing. We will share details on how to join the Zoom call in following emails. You can also view them here. You will only need a phone or computer to participate.

One way to reframe what we are going through right now is to see it as a chance for us to take a collective deep breath and pause.  We might use this time to deepen our practice, reflect on what matters, and be with our beloved ones.

May you and all beings be well,

The Facilitators at Midwest Moon Sangha (Pamela, Daniel, Peggy, Patrick, Kevin, Gabriella & Lori)

Sangha Is The Key

"It is difficult to make change alone. In the Sangha--the community of people who share the path of spiritual practice--there is a powerful collective energy of mindfulness and concentration. It cam help us make a breakthrough; it ignites our insight.
