Co-Led by ChanCo Trinh and Ky To, Senior Dharma Teachers in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Join us for a special opportunity to receive teachings directly from senior Dharma Teachers from Maple Village in Quebec, Canada, the first Practice Center in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh outside of France. This retreat brings 30 years of experience of practice in the Plum Village community to St. Louis.
This is a time to deepen our practice together as a “fourfold sangha”, a spiritual family. It is also a chance to nourish our peace and joy, and experience real transformation and healing.
Theme: “Practicing Mindfulness in Time of Uncertainty”
Our Dharma teachers shall share their insights, result of 30-year-plus of mindfulness practice. With their guidance, we shall discover how simple and joyful the practice can be; yet this practice runs deep in the Buddha teachings. With their experience on sangha building at the Maple Village Practice Center, Quebec, Canada, we shall learn how an harmonious community can be a comforting refuge for numerous people, particularly during uncertain time period. We look forward to seeing you at this beautiful retreat.
